Your Role in the Future

Once upon a time …. when the digital tools infiltrate all our practices, in a context of a society of immediacy. Jacques will discuss how to take position, affirm, step up to the role that gives meaning to our actions. He will look for landmarks and the relationship that the contemporary Human has with its materials and its environment. Jacques will try to understand and identify values, which are registered during direct work with material, the potential poetical energy that is embodied in this exchange, and the emotional dimension that results.
Jacques will feed the discussion with a presentation on research involving ceramics in an urban context, within a transdisciplinary team.
